What is a Fluency Profile, and how does it work?
It’s a short self-assessment that maps where you sit on the cultural dimensions that shape how you communicate and make decisions. It draws on the eight cultural dimensions identified by Erin Meyer in The Culture Map, adapted here as a quick self-assessment, with an additional Specific–Holistic dimension I developed. It takes about 3 minutes and gives you a starting point for working across cultures with more clarity.
What is DiSC, and how does it work?
DiSC is a behavioural assessment that maps how you and your team prefer to communicate, collaborate and make decisions. It groups behavioural tendencies into four styles, giving your team a shared language to work with, so natural differences become a source of clarity and collaboration instead of conflict and misalignment.
What is the difference between the Fluency Profile and DiSC?
The Fluency Profile maps how culture shapes your communication and decisions. DiSC maps your behavioural style, independent of culture. Together, they show you what’s cultural and what’s simply personal.
